Governor, why now? Why take this step now and get an office obviously? Well, every day I'm looking for things to do to increase access to housing in Massachusetts. We took considerable steps a few years ago passing the Affordable Homes Act. We brought adus online by right across communities. That's helped increase the number of units available. And we offer tax incentives to developers to build both affordable and market rate housing. (14:36–14:41)
