You know, we don't control the Fed or what it's doing around interest rates, but we take a look at what we can control, you know, interest rates, inflation is what it is, and it's just too much. Tariffs have not helped because, you know, Donald Trump's tariffs, frankly, over the last few years have directly impacted the cost of construction, made it more expensive to build.
