As a former prosecutor, I understand that it's not a good situation when ICE has scared victims away from courthouses from testifying or victims from the going to court to report crimes. And that's why I put that in the legislation that I filed. ICE needs to have a judicial warrant if they're going to be acting around courthouses. and then schools. How sad is it?
