Nickel and diming our way to a public transportation system that works is not the answer. It can't come out of property taxes and it can't come out of general fund, in my opinion. Their sales tax dollars are capped. They need additional partner cities. I want us to look at original system working with DART and DCTA across North Texas to really make sure we have a regionalized public transportation system that works for citizens. (19:22–19:26)
