The first thing that's happening right now in Stop six that's so exciting is the Cavill Place redevelopment led by Forth Housing Solutions in the city of Fort Worth. The housing choice grant that we received from hud, it all spurred from neighborhood improvement dollars we put into Stop six to start street improvements, security, cleanup. All those things led to what you're seeing now, redevelopment and new housing that's going to be with rooftops and multifamily housing, commercial tax base. (15:21–15:31)
