There are large cities in America that are strong. Mayor, which essentially when the mayor gets elected, they bring in all their people. That's not what happens here in Fort Worth. I love the city management system. I think that it is. You end up with a more professional staff that are dedicated to their jobs and there's no politics associated with it. Right. You sometimes can get some rub because, you know, a council member, you know, even a mayor, like, that's not my priority. I want them to do something different. (44:49–45:01)
