So it's not just sort of the movement of humans around Capitol Hill. We're watching. It's the movement of legislation and I think that's what we want to get into. The National Defense Authorization act goes down in the Senate. They don't have the votes to proceed onto what is normally a very bipartisan bill. I've voted for almost all of them. I think I've been a part of constructing a number of them. Republicans and Democrats usually do work together on this stuff. (12:39–12:48)
