Throughout the past year alone, my office, staff, and I have had the great honor of supporting veterans and their families all across northeastern Pennsylvania. Just this month, I entered into the Congressional Record the heroism of our own Sergeant Joseph Drake is one of only 12 remaining World War II Army Rangers. Sergeant Drake, who was 99 years old and lives in Hawley, Pennsylvania, in Wayne county, fought in five battles in the European theater, including the Battle of the Bulge. (01:54–02:08)
