The answer is to continue to let the Patient Protection and Affordable Care act work in ways to make it work better and cheaper for more people. Like, I also support expanding Medicare as well. This is a program that runs on 3% administrative expenses. It's enormously efficient. But that's what we ought to look at, is taking advantage of our wonderful Medicare system we have in this country. (18:59–19:03)
