Every sector of our economy across the nation needs employees if we're going to be serious about renewable resource development. The biggest hurdle, according to Chris Rose, is the workforce. We don't have the numbers of trained workforce to put in these projects and maintain these projects. We need people. We need the best and brightest from around the world.
