There is no better way to start that than with Alaska's Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships Program award, a federal award of $206.5 million to complete major upgrades to the rail belt electric grid, with another 206.5 million in matching funds required. I spoke with Secretary Granholm and President Biden personally about how much this means to our state.
