And everybody probably knows this. You start with the census, and then you work your way through those numbers and how big a district should be. Here's what's so sad about Texas. We didn't invest in a complete count. And when we didn't invest in a complete count, a lot of communities of color were undercounted. I live on the border. We are undercounted something by 10% at the minimum. Right. So we are losing a seat on the border, which is devastating because I'll give an example again. (21:06–21:13)
