If you're out and about and you're talking to constituents, and I do this all the time, I've been all over the state talking to constituents on the doors. People are not going to the doctor and they're not afraid of the results. They're afraid of the costs and they're afraid of medical bankruptcy. That is a very scary thing. And then when they do go to the doctor, their situations and their health care or their diagnosis is escalated, which is also driving up the cost because we're not catching things early.
