Why do you not want people to know what their costs are going to be up front? Let's get transparency and costs so people know. Hospital price transparency was first passed in Colorado. It's a federal law, but hospitals fought it at the federal level. They lost. CMS is not doing a very good job of enforcing it. Colorado passed it two or three years ago. It's now in force and we're starting to see the effects of it and it's positive. (14:10–14:19)
