The South Dakota legislature overwhelmingly passed it. The Governor supported it. It made it criminal. A form of child pornography. If they're using AI for it, computer generated child pornography. Before that. Most state laws, including South Dakota, do not allow us, don't give us the tools as prosecutors to go get those bad guys. The U.S. attorney was handling that here in South Dakota.
