So there is 9 billion out of the 150 billion increase that go to quality of life for service members. That means some better barracks and housing, 2 billion for their health program. There is a 2.9 billion supplement for a basic allowance for housing that some people will be able to benefit from. But by and large it's not for pay or for the troops.
