So that's part of the Medicaid changes, the ACA obviously getting rid of some of the tax credits, making it harder to afford. And there we saw People going to be paying up to $2,000 more a month for [the Affordable Care Act] plan. We saw the government shutdown which was largely over health care. And then unfortunately, I would argue a foolish agreement by some senators in order to get a fantasy vote on this that was going to go nowhere. (03:19–03:25)
