They had people getting money who said they could put their hand on a book and read it. They had people using voucher money to buy Cadillacs for the school. Now you can't do that anymore. In Wisconsin, the law was cleaned up, but in many of these states, they will do things like this. if we do this. And you're taking that money directly out of public education.
