So we put forth a ballot initiative and it's an independent commission. Doesn't do a perfect job, but it's much better than a lot of other states and it's gotten rid of some of this gerrymandering. What we need to do is pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. That could go a long way to eliminate a lot of this partisanship in how we redraw these districts. (05:41–05:45)
