And so if this is his plan, I think at least if Congress gets to say this thing's a nonstarter for the American people, if this deal gets signed, what will it mean for us? Well, I think It emboldens the Iranians. It makes them more powerful. It gives them resources to build more ballistic missiles. It may leave them with the ability to develop a nuclear weapon.
