And it has a elementary school that's a couple miles away. You could see the smelter from the elementary school. And There's technology available to clean the lead and arsenic out of the exhaust. And it was rather expensive. And they didn't do it. They asked for a waiver because this administration set up a process that didn't do exist before where they could send a letter to the EPA that then just went right to the White House. (39:58–40:05)
