I mean, I just got into it with the EPA administrator over a smelter in Arizona that emits, I think it was 12 tons of lead into the atmosphere every year. And it has a elementary school that's a couple miles away. You could see the smelter from the elementary school. And there's technology available to clean the lead and arsenic out of the exhaust.
