I think there have been so many people that want to stay here, hear way too much, and they just do. There's a lot of budget gimmicks and there's a lot of passing the buck. I just introduced some legislation with another Republican from Utah, my friend Blake Moore, on congressional budget reform. because right now everything is running through the budget committee.
