And that is what we need to do here with dynamic spectrum sharing. We need to break down the barriers and we need more CTOs. And of course there's national security implications, but We need to create frameworks where CTOs and DoD people can best outline the future. There's a lot the private sector can do in helping the DoD think about the future and be a couple of steps ahead. And that is what we should be focused on. (31:58–32:07)
