If we have these exorbitant rates of child poverty, it is going to impact the way that they learn. And as I have talked about vouchers, the main line is accountability, because we have seen horror stories where Voucher operators close doors overnight. These operators move to Florida on the public dime. And so we have to first get the bad actors out of the system. Now, I believe public dollars belong in public schools. (37:47–37:54)
