So as a governor the response has to be bigger than buzzwords. Now I do think that there should be no new data center construction without those guardrails in place. If a community rejects a data center proposal then there should be no new data center constructed. And with the guardrails, with the framework that protects our natural resources, resources that make sure that water quality, air quality is protected, that also makes sure that people's utility rates aren't increasing.
