Now if we have more session days in the legislature, in the assembly and the Senate, we could have more time for more long thought out process when it comes to developing policy that truly impacts people. This is a serious undertaking. And The reason why we have that surplus in the first place is because the needs of the people of the state of Wisconsin have yet to be addressed. is because our schools aren't fully funded.
