Something that we actually just had Director Corbin, who's the director of the State Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, shared with us in one of the committees that I'm in here in Lansing. We have vastly expanded access to certified apprenticeship programs in Michigan in everything from, yes, the trades, but to medical tech and to hospitality. There are, I want to say, 26,000 people going through this program, and the average salary coming out of these programs is $80,700 per person, which is double the average salary for a Michigander.
