So Rochester's budget starts July 1. Monroe county budget is on a calendar year. And then the federal government, guess what, they gotta come up with a new budget by October 1st. The current skinny budget that is proposed from the federal government right now zeroes out CDBG dollars. That's over $10 million to the city of Rochester. That would be devastating.
