But you can't do any of the stuff that we just mentioned if you don't have a strong stable financial picture. And that's what we have this year. So we're very, very excited about that. And then some newer initiatives. Our action team, we funded it in last year's budget, we funded it again in this year's budget. That's over 10 positions of new people that will be going out in the community to work on nonviolent community safety things. That is a huge undertaking. (04:23–04:29)
