Well, I can tell you that the frustrating part for me was when I visited the Mosqueda community center, which was one of our official warming centers and cooling centers. We had people there from Sanger, we had people there from Prather, from Auberry, that actually came down to the city of Fresno. Because we provide that service, the county does not. So I think that approach is what differentiates us at times from the city and the county, where we actually make a concerted effort to address the needs of the vulnerable populations. (22:11–22:19)
