So we end up getting a lot of the population, which, based on what the census data tells us, 48,000 people were added in the last ten years here in the city of Fresno alone. 41% of that growth is in my district. So southeast Fresno has seen a lot of the increased population, which then leads to less inventory. It used to be, back in the day, where we had anywhere from eight to 10% vacancy rates.
