Whether it's sanger, Clovis, Madeira, Kermit, and you know, the private sector seeks the path of least resistance. And so that's been kind of the name of the game. And I think Fresno is at that point now. We grew by over 40 plus 48,000 people in our area, which I believe is undercounted. I think we have vast more population than that, but we're a growing city. We're the metropolitan area. And I think Fresno is going to be the hub of activity for the next 20 years here in the Central Valley. (37:50–37:57)
