Indeed, In the 30 years that I've been here, we have had Democratic control of the House, Senate, and the presidency for only four. Yeah, but the Ways and Means Committee, it writes the tax code. The tax code looks worse than a block of Swiss cheese from, even from Wisconsin because it's got lots of holes in it and special provisions. (08:11–08:21)
