I think that is something that we will work with the legislature and get done. Minnesota taxpayers are tired of news report after news report after news report watching increased fraud. I believe there were three different fraud stories yesterday that came out in one day. Minnesotans are tired of it. It is time to start ending fraud. But if people are getting social services, those dollars cannot go to foreign countries. How would you enforce that? (10:10–10:15)
