How do we identify that earlier on in education and help direct and guide you in that way? And I think a lot of that does reside in the Department of Labor. So Secretary Duramer and I are already working together on how we can move a portion of like Pell Grant, management, et cetera, out of the Department of Education into Labor. And we are, we've signed this movement of understanding and I have the authority to move people into labor and to help fund it out of educational funds for the operation of it. (46:37–46:51)
