What's the end game here? What do you hope Congress will do in the next two years, and what are you going to do? I really do hope that in the end, Congress will vote to return education to the states and to move the different departments that we're working on into agencies. For instance, we've already signed a memo of understanding with the Department of Labor because I do think so much of our education now. We are not looking at in terms of job development.
