Well, I can tell you what my number one priority is as a Secretary of Education. I've stated, and that is literacy. Because what we found from the NAEP scores or our college report card, I mean, our national report card, when the president first took office was only 30%. Just think about that. 30 or slightly higher percentage of 12th graders, 8th graders, 4th graders are reading, are reading at proficient levels.
