Well, when you have a court action that has found that in the Students v. Harvard case that there were instances when there was not meritocracy that was being used to hire professors, 3% of the Harvard faculty reported by the Harvard Crimson was 3%. That's clearly not a balanced viewpoint across universities. If they're receiving federal funding, then they're going to have to pay attention to some, well, not only federal law, which is of course first and foremost, but other issues as well. (07:45–07:52)
