And I'm wondering, that's a big thing to tackle, but what is it? Trillion dollars or something that is owed on this plan? It is a huge portfolio, $1.7 trillion in outstanding [student loan] debt and only about 40% of those payers are now trying any kind of repayment at all. And who can blame them? Over the last administration trying to put into place the SAVE act, talking about not having to repay loans, there were seven or eight different kinds of loan repayment programs, you know, income based deferments, et cetera.
