And many, as you look out, those basics are going to be our streets. We continue to have streets in horrible condition in my district. Under the pavement, pavement index that we have, I have streets in single digits. I have streets that have a 9. Comparing it to 80s and 90s in other areas. How are we going to do it with the money that we have potentially right now? We're not.
