Well, I think Cuba and Nicaragua for sure could be part of democratizing the Western Hemisphere or bringing the Western Hemisphere to a coherent sphere of economic, political, global influence. I think Cuba is ready for change. The Cuban people for sure are ready for change. I have seen something very good that gives me a lot of hope is that the Cuban opposition, those who are inside Cuba and those who are outside Cuba are working together. (33:06–33:12)
