And I, if I get this straight, we take the community finance projects, I forget that term out of the SRF. Consequently, state EPA's would have more money if we didn't direct spending out of that 100%. That's true in a very, very large way. Yeah. And I still support the SRS because frankly, I know a lot about my communities, a lot more about my communities than anybody in Washington D.C. does, and that's why I support that effort.
