In 2006, that renewable energy standard was put in place by the then commission. So they mandated a source of energy unnaturally so that it caused a subsidy that AP's customers have paid more than one and a half billion dollars since that time in 2006 for that subsidy that occurred with renewable energy. I'm very pro solar. I think it certainly should be part of the portfolio. I agree with Mister Lopez that we need an all of the above approach. (19:12–19:21)
