Well, first off, as a constitutional conservative, that should always be your guide. In my mind, that should always be your guide. And The Constitution is about citizens first, citizens own government, citizens. You know, we are government for and by the people. So I would think it would be most important to look at those elements which mostly impact the citizenry and the people of my district. (14:02–14:09)
