It did get passed, because I was going to go to the press, and the press is really the way I can get legislation passed. We did a lot of. We just passed the community choice aggregation legislation, enabling legislation which allows us as a municipality to go out into the marketplace and try to negotiate better rates for homeowners. We're seeing National Grid raise their rates. This would allow us to try to get better rates on the supply side for all of our homeowners. (07:56–08:08)
