The original funding request that the Department of Corrections requested to build that facility was $93 million, $83 million. They denied that request because of the cost of inflation and the cost of labor and supplies and materials. The eventual funding cost to taxpayers that was approved is 130, $30.7 million. So we can all see what. Where procrastination leads. It leads to more money being spent by the taxpayers. The Northern Wisconsin type facility that's going to be operated by the DOC is still in the planning and design stage. (13:32–13:42)
