Wisconsin is losing young adults, especially between the ages of of 18 and 26. At one point we had lost over 100,000 26 year olds in a 10 year period. So what does that mean? Milwaukee City's population is on the decline since 2020 from 577,000 to roughly 563,005. and 500 individuals. So in Representative Drake's district, she lost roughly 15,389 residents. In mine, I lost 16,528. You cannot live on the north side of Milwaukee without living in either my district or Representative Drake's district. (28:08–28:17)
