But in Milwaukee, especially as the war is turned up on drugs, Human trafficking is another commodity these individuals can switch into because unlike drugs, once the supply is sold, it's gone. The human body can be sold over and over and over. And unfortunately, this state has a lot of vulnerable children that are finding themselves victims of human trafficking.
