And the Great Lakes freeze over which hurts our commerce, hurts maritime activity. So we have to really think about and invest in ice breaking. They can only do that when the fleet is fully operational. Last season the Coast Guard's Great Lakes icebreaking fleet operated at reduced capacity because of engineering concerns with multiple vessels including the heavy icebreaker the Mackinac. So we feel that it very acutely. We lost a third of the 2026 season and it impacted billions of economic opportunity. (01:18–01:31)
